Without limiting the foregoing, brt877 makes no warranty that:

• The platform will be available uninterrupted or error-free at all times.
• The results obtained from use of the platform will be accurate or reliable.
• Any errors in the platform software will be corrected within any specified timeframe.

brt877 shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations under these Terms where such failure results from circumstances beyond the Company's reasonable control, including without limitation natural disasters, internet outages, third-party payment processor failures, or regulatory action.

You acknowledge and accept that gambling involves financial risk and that brt877 cannot guarantee any outcome on the platform. You participate in all betting and gaming activities entirely at your own risk.
